Midnapore Medical College News: ফের স্যালাইন বিতর্কে মেদিনীপুর মেডিক্যাল কলেজ হাসপাতাল (Midnapore Medical College and Hospital)। এবার হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হওয়া রোগীকে মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ স্যালাইন (Date Expired Saline) দেওয়ার অভিযোগ। গুরুতর অসুস্থ অবস্থায় ওই রোগী ICU-তে চিকিৎসাধীন। 'রোগীকে মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ ডেক্সট্রোজ স্যালাইন দেওয়া হয়। মার্চেই এই স্যালাইনের মেয়াদ ফুরিয়ে গেছিল' অভিযোগ পরিবারের। রোগীর অবস্থা স্থিতিশীল, জানিয়েছেন হাসপাতাল সুপার (Hospital Super)।
এদিকে, রাজ্যের স্বাস্থ্য পরিকাঠামোর খোলনলচে বদলে দেওয়ার প্রতিশ্রুতি মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর (West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari)। বৃহস্পতিবার, স্বাস্থ্যভবনে কন্ট্রোল রুমে (Swasthya Bhawan Control Room) গেলেন তিনি। স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীদের নিরাপত্তা প্রদান থেকে হাসপাতাল দালাল-শূন্য করার পক্ষে বার্তা দিলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। এদিন তাঁর সঙ্গে ছিলেন স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী শারদ্বত মুখোপাধ্যায়ও।
